How You Can Help

Anchor 1

General Synod 2024

As we prepare for the Proposal to be considered by General Synod in October 2024, please continue to think of ways that you can spread the message about Women's Ordination in the LCANZ.

One way is to direct people to SDC and the information contained on this website.

Yellow Stylus Pens

These distinctive pens are often seen during online meetings and at District and General Synods within LCA and help to spread the message that the user supports WO.

SDC Notepads

SDC has also been able to order notepads for distribution to all including church workers, volunteers and SDC members! The notepads include a QR code to quickly find the SDC website as well as the web address and email contact details.

To order some pens and notepads to distribute please email SDC HERE

and Notepads during 2024 click

You can still print and laminate the bookmarks to direct people to the website.

These bookmarks have a QR Code that the recipient can scan to quickly find the SDC website.

We are ALWAYS looking for people to help!

It might be helping with maintaining the website, managing our mailing lists, writing an article, reviewing a book, helping set up a face-to-face or online workshop, or making sure our SDC News emails are being circulated in your congregation!

Or maybe you have a great idea about an action or activity to help promote the ordination of both women and men and gender equity in our church!

Whatever the case, we would love to hear from you.

Send an email to [email protected] or fill in the form below, we will be in touch soon!
